On Wednesday, November 27, 2024, the Rotary Club of Sydney Darling Harbour hosted a fantastic Rotary Foundation Fundraising Dinner at The Apprentice Restaurant in Ultimo. The event brought together members, friends, and supporters for an evening of fine dining in support of Rotary's mission to eradicate polio.

The evening featured a delectable three-course meal prepared by the talented hospitality students at TAFE NSW, showcasing the next generation of culinary talent. Guests enjoyed a delightful menu that not only satisfied their palates but also contributed to a greater cause.

The success of the event was made possible by the combined efforts of the Rotary Club of Sydney Darling Harbour, the hospitality students and staff at The Apprentice Restaurant, and the unwavering support of the community. Together, they demonstrated the power of collaboration in making a positive impact on global health.

The Rotary Club of Sydney Darling Harbour extends its heartfelt thanks to all who attended, volunteered, and donated to make this event a resounding success. The funds raised will contribute to the global effort to end polio and improve the lives of children worldwide.
