Committees

The Rotary Club of Sydney Darling Harbour maintains several committees under it’s board structure, allowing for non-board to participate and give input how the Club and its portfolios are governed.

If you’re looking to steer projects and decisions for a Club project, or have a new idea that you’d like to see the Club bring into reality, a good first step is collaborated with like-minded individuals by joining a committee.

Content Committee

The Content Committee is responsible for maintaining the high standards of content that the Rotary Club of Sydney Darling Harbour is known for. They decide which platforms the Club will be present on, where and how content should be shared and help Directors and members ensure that the projects and initiative are well represented, and easy to find details on.

Working Groups

The Rotary Club of Sydney Darling Harbour often has multiple projects underway at a time. To help ensure their smooth delivery, and to offer our members a diverse array of things to get involved in, we maintain Working Groups.

Working Groups are generally run by regular members (rather than board members), exist to service a single project (rather than a full portfolio) and are wound up once the project has completed.

To get involved in one of the projects currently underway in the Club and get exposed to project management, team work and problem solving, consider joining a Working Group!

Picnic Day

Now that lock-down is over, the Rotary Club of Sydney Darling Harbour is planning a Picnic Day in the city. This will allow us to raise funds, enjoy a barbecue, and catch up with the friends that have been absent from our lives for far too long.
