Dear Members and Friends of the Rotary Club of Sydney Darling Harbour,

As we look forward to the new Rotary year and starting to think about putting together our taxes there is a focus on what does the future bring for how we can participate in future of Rotary. For those that didn’t attend the conference there is a great link to see the concluding message https://www.rotary.org/en/rotary-international-convention-concludes-message-hope. Towards the bottom of the page is links to watch the presentations from past, present and future Presidents. The message is very focused on the future and I think Jenifer Jones summarized it very well:

“We don’t imagine yesterday — and we also don’t look for hope in past actions,” Jones said. “‘Hope’ and ‘imagine’ are words for tomorrow — words that propel us forward. They build upon each other and offer a path forward. A path of continuity.”

To mark the changing of the guardianship of our wonderful club we have a Change over dinner on the 12th of July. Please purchase tickets on the link below. The dinner will be a 3 Course meal with a welcome drink at Casa Ristorante Italiano. Final Thoughts

Sudan has more pyramids than any country in the world. Not only does Sudan have more pyramids than Egypt, but the numbers aren’t even close. While 138 pyramids have been discovered in Egypt, Sudan boasts around 255.

Looking forward to seeing you at our Club Meeting on June 28th at 6PM. For more information https://rotarydarlingharbour.org.au/events/virtual-meeting-28-06-2023/
